Accessibility Statement

Harvard Public Schools committed to making our websites user-friendly and accessible for all users including users with disabilities.

We are in the process of reviewing all of our web content to make sure all pages are accessible and compliant with Web Accessibility Standards developed by the Massachusetts Executive Office of Technology Services and Security (EOTSS).

PDF documents are the most common type of file format used to post various documents on-line. While being the best format for printing, pdf documents could present a challenge for screen readers.

We create most of our PDF documents using Microsoft Word Accessibility Checker and convert to PDF using the “Best for electronic distribution and accessibility” option.

If any of our pdf documents cause issues for you, please don’t hesitate to contact us at:

[email protected]

Feedback and Requesting Documents in alternative format.

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of Harvard Public Schools Websites. Please let us know if you encounter any issues on our web pages. You could also request materials posted on our website in alternative format. Please specify the web address of the page in question and/or the document name and desired format.

All Requests should be sent to this email address: [email protected]

We will try our best to respond to your feedback and/or create a document in specified format within 10 business days.
