Student Registration is now online
To begin the online process you need to complete the Pre-Registration form. Once the Pre-Registration form has been reviewed, you will receive an email with instructions on how to create an account and complete the remaining enrollment forms.

Below is a list of required documents needed to complete your student’s online enrollment:
Health Form:
- Each child must have a physical examination by their primary care physician dated within 1 year of enrollment with a copy provided to the school. A form is available to download below.

Address verification documents:
Provide one of these:
- Signed and Dated Rental/Lease Agreement
- Deed
- Notarized Letter of Residence Verification Form (if you live with friends or relatives).

Birth Verification Form
A copy of the student's birth certificate
Free and Reduced Application Form:
