Summer Adventure - for students entering kindergarten through grade 6 in the Fall, 2021

8:30 - 4:00 p.m. After-Program care available (additional fee) from 4-6 p.m (no after-program care July 16)

Come have some great summer fun right here at Hildreth Elementary!  We will use the gym, staff lounge and cafeteria as well as the playground. Lots of fun activities! Project of the Day, games, nature, art & drama. Each day will include math and ELA activities incorporated into the theme of the week.

Swimming lessons will not be available through Summer Adventure this year. We will have other water play opportunities outside, and we will be able to have a free swim in the afternoons at Bare Hill Pond.

Summer Adventure will follow the same distancing and safety guidelines as HES, including masks, mask breaks and eating outdoors, etc.

RATES:
Week 2 (4 days)  $232
Weeks 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 (5 days/wk)  $290/week
Individual days may be available on a space available basis, fee  $70/day. Please contact Alexa Cavanaugh at summeradventure@psharvard.org

           
Registration is on a first-come,  first-served basis. Space is limited.  If a session is full we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know.  $100 non-refundable deposit required with registration.  Full tuition payment is due by June 1.  Some spots still available!

Procedure  to register:  Fill out this form AND:

$100 Deposit (Non-Refundable) due within 48 hours of registration.
Mail in or drop off check at 27 Mass Ave, Harvard
OR
Pay ONLINE (electronic check) at the school’s Online Payment Center, Unibank. https://unipaygold.unibank.com/customerinfo.aspx
Use the Community Education - SUMMER ADVENTURE option for online payment (electronic check).  If you make payment online, PLEASE email your payment confirmation number to summeradventure@psharvard.org
 (we do not receive immediate notification from the bank when a payment is made).

EMERGENCY FORMS and PHYSICAL FORM (child's most recent Physical, must be within 13 months) and mail or deliver to: Harvard Summer Adventure, 27 Mass. Ave., Harvard, MA  01451 FORMS DUE NO LATER THAN JUNE 1 with Tuition Balance (students will be removed from the roster if forms are not received by June 1, no refund will be given).

Refund Policy:  Please contact us. Refunds will be considered based on relevant circumstances. Fee will be returned if a session is cancelled.
