Delayed Opening/Emergency Closing

Decisions to close or delay the opening of school will be communicated through the connect-ed community outreach phone system.

This information will also be available on the following local television and radio stations:

When a decision is made for a 90-minute Delayed Opening of Schools, the following procedure will be in effect:

School will open 90 minutes later than usual and students will be dismissed at the regular closing times. Only A.M. kindergarten classes will be canceled on a delayed opening day. P.M. kindergarten classes will still be held on a delayed day. Bus pickup for P.M. kindergarten will be the same time as regular school days.

90-minute delay bus pickup and school start time:
	8:30 A.M.	Buses begin picking up Bromfield Students
	9:15 A.M.	School starts at The Bromfield School

	9:30 A.M.	Buses begin picking up Elementary Students
	10:20 A.M.	School starts at the Elementary School

The regular dismissal times will be in effect on delayed opening days.
