School Counseling Department

WELCOME!

We, the members of the School Counseling Department, hope students and parents will find this site helpful in accessing information via the web. All students are strongly encouraged to visit their counselor for college/career counseling, as well as, for personal/social counseling as needed. There is an enormous amount of college and career information on the web and hopefully our site will save students and parents time in finding good and helpful information. Suggestions are always welcome. If you know of a good site not included, please let us know. For more information, please stop by the office and see your counselor.

THE BROMFIELD SCHOOL FINAL EXAM SCHEDULE 2018

Notes About Final Exam Week

All Students

On the final day of school, all students will start the day with homeroom.

Study hall teachers at all grade levels are expected to be at their assigned rooms during those periods.

Students are expected to remain in their exam rooms until the end of the exam period.

Teachers are asked to notify the office of students missing from their exams.

Grades 6-8

Middle school will start each day with homeroom so we can get a baseline attendance for the day and help middle school students (especially grades 6 and 7) get organized for the day.

Students in grades 6, 7, and 8 are scheduled to be in school the entire day.
Grade 8 students must report to the period between exams if they have two final exams.
Students in grade 8 will need parent permission to be dismissed following their last exam on each day.
Grades 9-11
Students in grades 9-11 will report directly to their first exam.
Students in grades 9-11 must stay in the building (cafeteria, library, or classroom) between exams if they have two exams in one day.

Students in grades 9-11 may be dismissed following their last final exam on each day. Students in grades 9-11 do not need parent permission to leave school at the end of the day.
