Anatomy and Physiology are branches of biology dealing with the structure and function of the human body. This is a laboratory-oriented course, including a mandatory cat dissection, which places emphasis on how structure relates to function to maintain health and equilibrium within the body. This course will introduce topics related to careers in health fields such as medicine, nursing, physical therapy and exercise physiology.
